The client: an e-commerce beauty and wellness brand with an established visual identity. The Brief: Create a line of merchandise in line with established branding, featuring enamel pins, tote bags, sticker sheets, paper products, and label designs for new products.

Moon Cult had a distinct and established aesthetic, but no organized library of assets or written style guide. They used a number of blackletter and display fonts in their branding but were not always consistent. They had a number of photographed assets that needed to be retouched and edited for use. The project had an expedited timeline as we moved toward the holiday season.
After meeting with the client to identify a number of giftable merchandise items and reviewing the assets they had, I researched manufacturing options for each of the items and presented a number of pricing options. After working with vendors to clarify printing guidelines, I created the product designs using existing assets, historical images in the public domain, and custom illustrations, both raster and vector. I handed off the files with detailed instructions for ordering.
